“The insurance covered what we needed. We did need to make a claim and were able to provide the information required on-line which was easy to do. However, communication with the insurer post claim was poor with e-mails going unanswered. We did receive the money claimed (in a reasonable time) but was not made aware of this until some weeks after it had been paid. Communication with claimants needs to be improved.”
