“A much cheaper alternative to buying excess insurance from the car hire company. Although I've never had to use it, it's reassuring to have it in case a accident does happen.”

Thank you for your review, Following on from our direct emails with yourself, this issue relating to communication following a claim has been referred to the insurer, with a view to getting it resolved as soon as possible.
