If you had to claim how happy were you with the way it was handled?

“Had to make a claim after someone bumbed my hire car in the hotel car park. After conducting all the hire car companies requests (photos, police report, etc) I notified the claims department on my return. Fortunately all the requirements of the car hire company covered the requirements of Insurefor, but I still had to resubmit some details as the claims handler didn't know what to look for or the BoT didn't pick them up. Claim all paid in two weeks, very nice, will use them again on my next holiday. You never know if these insurances actually work, pity I had to find out.”

“Like with any insurance you can only rate them if you need to claim, it's only then you know if it's offering you the service expected...... I haven't needed to claim, but much cheaper than accepting the equivalent cover direct from the car hire firm.”
