“Easy to set up. I had to make a claim. The paperwork side of things was a bit long and lots of further info was requested but it did result in the claim being paid so overall I was very pleased.”

“Great service! Claim paid in full. PDF info for claim process done online. Bit fiddly(all info has to be sent in PDF format or sent by post). Also l had to wait until the payment l had made to the car hire company (for the scratch on the hire car bumper) showed on my bank statement, about 1 1/2 months in total before my claim was processed. Make sure that you have enough credit to pay for the damage to the car hire company as the claim does take time to process. Al in all, l would use this company again.”
