“I believe we don't know how good an insurance company is until we have to claim. Initially they refused my claim even though I provided them with all the necessary information and receipts it took them three months to confirm they would pay out the claim which isn't acceptable. It was not for a lot of money and it makes me wonder if it has been for more it would have proved more difficult to get my money back.”
