If you do have to make a claim, as long as you follow the claims procedure and within the given timescales (within the Terms and Conditions etc), you will be reimbursed for sure. “Hired a car for a month in Spain and purchased separate car hire excess insurance with CHEW rather than paying the extortionate rate being offered by the car hire company. We had a couple of dinks on the hire car so, after being charged when we returned the car, we returned home and made a claim. The process was simple and we received the money back promptly. Highly recommend this company.”
