“Visited Tenerife and had previously hired from SIXT and almost had a blazing row over their hard sell techiques about insurance cover. This year we took your cover and simply sailed through the car hire system without any problems at all. Enough said. Excellent value for money as well, especially given the nature of the mountainous roads in Tenerife.”

“Easy to purchase and very good value. Unfortunately I had to make a claim. I had to wait around 4 weeks for the claim to be assessed, but I was kept informed of delays due to “a large volume of claims”. Payment was made very quickly thereafter. Overall very happy and so glad I took out this cover!”

“I took out car hire insurance with Carhireexcess for last October. I hired a car at Centauro in Mallorca. When they tried to sell me their excess insurance I showed them my cover note, no argument they accepted without question. I didn't have to claim so cannot comment on that.”
