“I nver understand, or have much confidence, of whether an insurer would pay out. But this policy gives me some reassurance. I've hired a car 4 times in the last 3 months. If you had to claim how happy were you with the way it was handled?

“Had to make a claim and the online process was easy and efficient. After an exchange of just one further email asking clarifications, the claim was approved and I received my money in 5 days. Cannot recommenrd highly enough.”

“The real test of any insurance is in the event when you have to make a claim. The process was detailed yet straightforward and once all of the relevant information was passed my claim was settled within a matter of days exceptional service and would highly recommend this company.”

“I used this company to provide excess insurance covering vehicle hire for the USA. I didn't have to claim but I chose them because they offered the cover I wanted at a competitive rate.”

“bought an car hire insurance for my tenerife trip. Got a type broken and replaced by the car hire comany in tenerife and the claim went through well after I come back to London. Happy to have bought this car excess insurance!”

“I chose Carhireexcess because I found the cover was very good and the cost was very competitive. It was quick and easy to buy the policy and all documents were available straight away. I am pleased to say that I have not had the need to claim from this company and, therefore I am unable to comment on their performance if a claim is made.”
