“Brought it to prevent damage to a weak knee (from previous injure to ACL and MCL), used during skiing trip. Really supportive tape, would definitely recommend - without this tape I would not have been able to ski for as many days as I did! Make sure you read up on how to use it correctly for your injury. This website was cheaper than others I looked at, but great quality and quick delivery.”

Unfortunately the customer placed the order and was not in when the parcel was attempted to be delivered (twice). The parcel was left at the local pick up shop 0.1 miles away. Unfortunately the customer wasn't able to make the trip during the 6 days it was at the parcel shop so the items were returned to us. We are a small company and negative reviews damage our credibility, however in this instance it is totally unjustified. We feel disappointed that it has got to this stage and not really sure what else we could have done, so are quite disappointed with the 1 star review.

“My order arrived promptly, however there were problems with the tape 1. It did not remain stuck to clean dry skin and fell off within a few hours. 2. It did not stretch sufficiently. I had bought the tape for a kinesiologist friend of mine and she had expected 255 - 505 stretch to make it work. I tried with one reel and thought it must be faulty, and so I opened a second one - but that was just as difficult to work with as the first. You sent me three rolls and I think I should return them for a refund because they do not do the job as required by my friend. Could you please give me you address for the return. Also your phone number if you need to discuss it, and email address. (I do most of my personal business on email). Yours Elizabeth Pakenham”

“I have used other, more pricey products in the past and this is better by miles. Sticks like crazy, cuts easily, and performs perfectly. Would advise taking a bath or shower before removing tape, even after a few days wear it still sticks well. Would like to see a few more funky colours.”
