My experience with Mobility Tools was excellent. As I was ordering during the Christmas period I did not expect the turn around on delivery so was incredibly pleased when their SLA was met and arrived as specified. The product ordered is exactly as required and good quality. The Tape actually lasts longer than that which a major retailer sells at 3x the price. I highly recommend Mobility Tools and will be using them again.

This tape is brilliant for relieving the pain associated with Plantar Fasciitis. I was diagnosed with PF and following an appointment with the podiatrist bought this tape to alleviate the severe pain the condition imposes on you. I play a lot of golf and found myself struggling to get round without hobbling and almost crawling in some instances. With arch supports and this tape I am able to play without too much discomfort. The podiatrist told me not to play but didn't give any indication how long the condition could last for, anywhere from few weeks to few 12 months. He gave me some stretching exercises to perform which are helping, I also take ibuprofen on bad days but not many now thanks to this tape. I also watched a youtube video on how best to apply the tape for PF and used the techniques shown. I use 3 strips of tape cut to about 10 inches each. The difference in pain reduction is amazing. Apply one strip from the toes down to the heel using about 70% stretch whilst the foot is under tension i.e. toes bent upwards and calf stretched tight. Apply the second strip across the foot where the pain is from the outside edge of the foot to the inner ankle bone using about 50% stretch to the ankle then no stretch up the leg past the ankle bone. The third strip overlaps the second strip and crosses both other pieces at an angle going again from the outside edge to the inner ankle bone, no stretch on this piece. I found rounding the corners of the tape when cut helps to keep it on. I keep it on for three days and refresh it 3/4 days or when it comes loose. Its value for money as the pre-cut lengths are quite expensive. I'd recommend this as it works for me. I've noticed that once the tape is applied my foot tends to keep straight forward which I don't think it did before. I'm glad I bought it as it helps me to keep playing golf.

Tape same make up as my physio has been using, but this is far more adhesive than theirs, cut some strips and put it over my petal tendon, and had no issues with it rolling up when wearing my trousers or Jeans, stayed on well over the week, had to soak it in bath to remove. Tape physio used was off within a couple of days. great stuff. Have even given the details to physio so they can look at changing their supplier.

Clings well and I wear it for a few days at a time . It is easy to remove but supports my knee when wearing it. Backing comes off easily if "cracked/split" i the middle before applying.
