“This is a very good quality tape. I have a knee problem that requires regular strapping. This tape will stay in place for up to a week despite twice daIly showers, just make sure your skin is dry and hair free before applying. I carry 3.5 stone of equipment daily and this tape supports my knee joint throughout the day. Now looking forward to an operation to resolve the problem permanently.”
