Tunable Soprano D Whistle (DX004) by Tony Dixon
Fully tuneable in the key of D. This whistle has a beautifully sweet mellow tone achieved by the polymer body. It's a popular session whistle and used in many bands and grúpaí ceoil.
Soprano/high whistle with a polymer body and ABS head.

I’ve been very impressed with my new whistle, I’ve played it in many a session and it sounds great. Please note that storing it directly after playing in the plastic box it comes in is very convenient and it keeps it safe but the lack of ventilation means that my whistle began to smell and didn’t stay fresh. Remember to let it dry before storing it for long periods of time in the box. Thanks for a great service and a delightful whistle. Kitty

Excellent tuneable whistle for a great price, airflow is very good and easily controllable, and it is also extremely durable, making my first choice as a busker.

I’m enjoying my Dixon whistle in D! I sure can play faster than my old Susato. Time for the metronome for me! It’s got a bit of a breathy tone but that’s a nice contrast with my other whistles. I highly recommend this whistle!

Tone is good. It works well for me. It does not need to be cleared whereas the other one I had would stop playing and need to be cleared.
