“Received my Viking tenor banjo recently. It arrived very well packaged and I was lucky everything was sound and it was not damaged. It is a beatiful instrument and it was a good choice. The only problem I could see was the arm rest needed repositioning and the bridge was sub standard to the rest of the instrument. The G string was coming out of its notch as it wasn’t deep enough. I had to order another bridge from another website. I did feedback this problem but unfortunately I didn’t receive a reply….”

“This flute developed a problem a few days after it arrived and they have given me no help whatsoever. I described the problem in detail, they asked for photos, I sent them and now they don't respond to me when I ask them what is going on with this problem. It's really awful. They have completely quit responding to me after they said they were going to take it back. It is such an expensive mistake to buy from them and I just don't know what to do. I have had to buy another flute from a different company to be able to keep up with my performance schedule, so a lot of money has been wasted because of their terrible service.”

“Poor quality bridge, and tailpiece, armrest in wrong position, if you are prepared to correct these issues it becomes a decent sounding banjo. It is however incredibly heavy”

“For the price, I am fairly disappointed. It is definitely a student instrument, probably mass-produced. I suppose that is why it is the only Irish flute available to buy immediately. It does produce quite a pleasing tone and blows fairly easily. My biggest issue is that the flute feels quite cheap, particularly the metal rings which feel like they could fall off quite easily. It is true that it is cheaper than all other flutes on offer, and it is a good instrument to try out the Irish flute, but I already feel like I'll need to upgrade from this instrument after a month of playing. I am also a bit astounded at how many 5 star reviews this has received given that this flute gets very mixed reviews online.”

“This is about the seventh or eighth tin whistle I bought. I ordered it mainly for one reason: in the announcement, it was said the AerFlo was easy for beginners, avoids grating noises, especially in the high octaves, and has a clear sound. All that has proved true. And I need less air to blow. Apart from a well-known whistle of American origin and made of plastic :-) which I own, this is the best tin whistle I've had so far. I am not a great whistler, so for me, it is particularly well suited. To sum it up: a good tin whistle with a pleasant and clear sound that widely avoids grating or screeching noises!”

“It's a piece of garbage. Within a month all the strings have become dead and the instrument is unplayable. The Bridge is obviously the issue as it's made of the cheapest wood I have ever seen on an instrument in its price range. The "floating bridge" doesn't adjust and the strings fall out of place. Even when it sounded nice in the first week I had it the instrument fell out of tune within 15 minutes of playing. I don't understand how this has positive reviews, I guess mine is just an absolute dud. It's been stored well hanging on my wall beside perfectly functioning instruments. I am seeking a full refund and am so heart broken that my goals of learning this beautiful instrument have to be shelved.”

“I bought this whistle for my 10 year old son. He has been playing on his Clarke Sweetone for about a year. Its a conical bore and he didn't like how softly he had to blow for the lower octave compared to my Walton's Mellow D or my 8 year old son's Feadog, and overall was struggling with breath control. He got this on Christmas and took to it right away. We had practiced some songs to play to my parents over video call and he did a great job playing without having any time to practice with and get used to the AerFlo. He sounded great! The sound is pretty similar to a Feadog, but not as breathy and without the texture or gravely sound that some other beginner whistles have. Not as mellow as my Walton's. Very clear though! The C natural note comes through just as loud as any of the other notes, which none of the other 3 whistles can say. The AerFlo is a little heavier than my other beginner whistles, making me feel like its more durable, and I love the black finish on it. It feels more significant in the hand, making it seem like a little brother to a Wild Irish whistle. Overall it's a nice step above other beginner whistles without a big jump in cost, we are very happy with it.”
