Disappointed. Only been playing it for a few months and finish is starting to peel off. Otherwise i like it very much

Good sound, but the finish on my bodhrán where poorly executed. Dirty inside, dust between the skins and lose tape on the front, excepted better since I ordered my last drum from McNeela that I was very pleased with.

Great classic sound. My only complaint is that the middle B note in the C row has a little bit of a buzz but it's not bad enough to make it worthwhile to send back to get fixed.

Poor QC Thread was substituted for the cork tenons shown in photos. The thread was knotted, tangled, and there was too much of it. After removing about 4 feet, its fine. There was also a lot of corrosion on the tuning slide. I've been able to remove most of it. The flute shouldn't have been sent in this condition. Tone and intonation are very nice. I'm on the fence about whether I would recommend it.

This was the worst customer experience I've had un 20 years. I contacted you 4 times before I revved a response. Then, it was weeks between me your responses. It took over 2 months to get my order. There was no real apology and lots of excuses and passing blame on others in the company.

The whistle is still in the box. When I ordered it, I mistakenly ordered one in the key of D. When I received notice that they received the order, I saw mistake. I immediately used their online contact form asking to change it to the key of G. A quick reply from Aaron said, "That is no problem at all, I will have that changed for you now." When the whistle arrived, it was in the Key of D. I already have a "D whistle" so the new one sits in the box even as I write this.

I question the description "brand new". What I got appeared to be a piece of junk that had been hanging around the shop for a while. The joints being wrapped rather than corked was a bit of a giveaway. The intonation was terrible. I have written a similar review before which strangely enough didn't show up on the site. Apparently only glowing praise escapes editing. I suspect this accounts for the reputation McNeela claims for itself.
