Coniston - White Burnished Tan Leather Reviews

5 Rating 122 Reviews
I'm really pleased with the fit and finish of this watch, it's keeping great time, and gets positive remarks when i'm out and about, which is pleasing and reassuring. Will I buy another? time will tell. I still love the convenience of automatics or kinetics, however if hand wound is sacrosanct for you. I have no hesitation in giving this my full recommendation.

I actually changed my mind and was accommodated kindly by Oliver to go for the Coniston Blue, which was also recommended by the man himself. It’s a great watch, you can see as each new watch brand becomes available the guys are learning from the production experience and manufacturing. It seems to me that the case has improved, the second hand appears to glide round, the mechanism keeps great time and the actual winding seems to be the smoothest of all their watches so far, very quiet. In a nutshell, if you’re a fan of Marloe hand wound watches, then don’t procrastinate but go ahead and buy their latest watch as quickly as you can. It’s your choice what dial you go for, but if you wish to go with the historic connections to this brand I’d highly recommend the blue face with yellow second hand which is synonymous with Bluebird. Hope this helps you make your mind up? Good luck as I’m guessing they’ll sell fast.
