“Guter Kundenservice und schnelle Lieferung. Obwohl mir natürlich bewußt ist., dass das Produkt für den Transport gut verpackt sein muss, meine ich doch, dass man hier bei Menge und Art der Verpackung übertreibt. Es hat eine Stunde gedauert, die Verpackung von einem Tisch/Stühle Set zu entfernen. Es sind dabei Unmengen Klebeband verwendet worden."”

“Alles hat perfekt geklappt. Die Bestellung wurde an einem Montag platziert, die Lieferung war am nächsten Tag und es wurde keine Zusatzgebühr dafür erhoben und über die Lieferzeit wurde man genauestens üer Textnachrricht auf dem Laufenden gehalten.”

“Good customer service and prompt delivery. Although accepting that the product needs protecting during transit, the quantity/style of packing was over the top. For one table/chair set, it took over an hour to remove all the packaging. There must have been about a mile of sellotape for example.”

“I am absolutely thrilled with the quality of the garden furniture I've recently bought from Lazy Susan. The order was very easy to place on the website and, once I'd spoken to one of the team, my furniture was delivered within a couple of days. All really well packaged to ensure nothing was damaged in transit and straightforward to assemble. The only slight initial delay was in me waiting for them to contact me to arrange delivery (which is what the confirmation from Sagepay said would happen) when actually they were expecting me to call them! All ok in the end though.”

“Exzellenter Service - ich brauchte das Terrassenset sehr schnell und rief an um nachzufragen ob das möglich wäre. Der freundliche Herr, mit dem ich sprach, hätte nicht hilfsbereiter sein können und meine Bestellung wurde prompt ausgeführt. Diese Firma ist meiner Erfahrung nach sehr effizient und professionell und die Möbel sind von guter Qualität. WIr sind begeistert von unserem Kauf und würden diese Firma allen potentiellen Gartenmöbelkäufern weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank.”

“I would recommend you products to others, very pleased with the table and 6 chairs purchased, my only comments would be bottom tube on parasol could be heavier gauge as this is easily creased, also the seat cushions are not a perfect fit with the seats. But all in all a very good product”
