“Ich habe auf vielen Webseiten nach meinem Wunschterrassenset gesucht, dann kam ich auf eure Seite und meine Suche war beendet. Ich mochte den Stil, die Größe, die Verarbeitung und natürlich den Preis. Vor dem Kauf hatte ich ein Muster der Möbel bestellt um sicherzugehen, dass sie wirklich so beschaffen sind wie auf der Website dargestellt, was der Fall war. Ich kann bestätigen, dass die gesamte Bestellprozedur gut durchdacht und logisch aufgebaut ist. Meine Bestellung kam innerhalb von 3 Arbeitstagen und zum Tagesende hatte ich die Möbel bereits aufgebaut und saß auf meinen neuen Gartenmöbeln und genoß einen guten Tropfen im Garten. Ich werde Eure Firma mit Sicherheit in meinem Freundeskreis und innerhalb der Familie weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank.”

“A note of guidance for assembly in particulate attaching the legs to the table,that was a little hard,I had to undo most of the leg nuts to allow for some movement. really pleased with the result”

The gentleman I spoke to could not have been more helpful and my order was delivered as promised. “Tried to order over the weekend by telephone but not able to do so until Monday. Left a message and they did indeed call back on Monday. The table and parasol base arrived next day at no extra cost and is lovely. It is everything we hoped it would be, solid, good quality and easy to put together. One tiny thing is It seems a little small for a six seater and sits four more comfortably. Sizes are clearly stated on the website so it is entirely our fault, we should have measured up! We should have gone for the eight seater but having said that we love it.”

“Untenstehenden Text habe ich an das Team ge-e-mailt. Nur ein paar Worte um zu sagen, dass wir die meisten der Möbel aufgenaut haben und sehr zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis sind. Aussehen und Qualität entsprechen im vollem Umfang unseren Erwartungen und doppelt froh sind wir, weil es eine Onlinebestellung war und man dabei ja nie im vornherein weiss, wie es ausgeht. Alleswar sehr gut verpackt und wie ihr gesagt habt, waren die Möbel auch einfach und schnell aufbaubar. Es hat allerdings sehr viel Zeit gebraucht um die ganze Verpackung und Luftpolsterfolie zu entfernen!!! Außerdem kann ich feststellen, dass ich euren Onlineshop und die ganze Website als sehr übersichlich und professionell erlebt habe. Ein kleines Wort der Warnung habe ich dann in Bezug auf die Lieferung doch nocj. Wenn man, wie in minem Fall eine große Menge an Möbeln bestellt, ist es nicht immer möglich, die Artikel bis an die Haustür zu liefern, da die Waren auf Palettengeliefert werden, die nicht immer die letzten Meter bis zum Hauseingang geliefert werden können, etwa weil der Weg oder eine Treppe zu eng oder zu steil ist.Glücklicherweise hat mir ein freundlicher Nachbar erlaubt, seine Auffahrt zubenutzen um die Paletten dort zwischenzulagern, bis ich in der Lage war, sie zu entpacken. Das soll jetzt gar keine Beschwerde sein, nur halt eine Warnung, weil die Artikel sehr gut und aufwendig verpackt sind.”
