“I was consistently informed about every step of the order process - i.e. payment - delivery - by the company, and never had the feeling that I was being left alone - I knew how much of the process of ordering, paying, and receiving the goods was completed, when the goods were sent out, and when they were expected to be delivered. Even the driver was very keen on making a punctual delivery - everything went perfectly.”
