“Die Lieferung ging sehr schnell. Die Ware war sehr gut verpackt. Defekte Gummistöpsel vom Schirmständer wurden sofort getauscht. Die Montage war einfach. Die Terassenmöbel sehen wunderschön aus und sind sehr stabil?”

“J’ai commandé un ensemble de table, chaises et parasol. L’envoi a été rapide (reçu en une semaine). Le montage assez facile. L’ensemble correspond à l’attente. J’avais un souci avec le parasol qui s’est trouvé cassé sur une partie de la manivelle, j’ai pris une photo et contacter le SAV qui a très vite réagi. Ils m’ont renvoyé rapidement un autre article sans même réclamer le retour de l’ancien. Bref une bonne expérience d’achat. Je recommande la marque.”
