“Spectacular service from Lazy Susan. The top cap of a parasol we ordered as part of a garden set was damaged and a replacement part couldn't be sourced - so Lazy Susan immediately sent us a complete replacement parasol free of charge. Full marks!”

“Very responsive when I raised issues with product quality. However, the product quality review I made, which was less than complimentary, has not appeared on Trustpilot. That's a shame, as it gives potential customers a more rounded view of my experience.”
