“You handled our order with care, and speed, with delivery occurring just two days after our order was placed. Your after sales department are. extremely efficient and dealt with a problem by return of post. The Table and chairs are of excellent value and will enhance our patio in a week or two when complete. My only adverse comment is that you should take a close at some of the statements on your website, and make one or two amendments. Overall I give you full marks. Brian Brackley”

“The Service was excellent. I telephoned my order as I had difficulty on line. The delivery was on time and the goods were placed on the covered patio by a friendly driver. We are an elderly couple so the table and chairs have been assembled today by a professional. They are very good quality. They look so elegant on our glass covered patio. We are delighted!”

“Customer service provided was excellent. Minor paint chips on one chair arm resolved by being supplied with touch up paint kit. New parasol supplied to replace first one delivered that had some unknown type of dirt and/or grease damage.”

“The after sales service is second to none. I had a few very minor problems and queries and every one of them was settled. The staff are very courteous and go out of their way to help customers. If anybody is wary of buying garden furniture on line fear not Lazy Susan will serve you well.”

“Lovely patio set,shame the white one wasn’t discounted as the grey was but I really wanted the white so decided to order. Mg husband did the assembly and it took longer than he hoped and the tools included were not fit for purpose.So had to use our own.However the set itself is of good quality and generous sized chairs and the two chipped chair legs were replaced quickly. So great customer service and overall pleased with our purchase.”
