“I phoned your customer services to discuss my potential purchase and was treated courteously, efficiently and promptly by a very polite young man who sorted out my order for me. Delivery was on time, well packaged and complete. Apart from a little difficulty levelling the chair legs, my bistro set is now taking pride of place on my patio, looking splendid and a pleasure to sit in. Very comfortable! My only problem is where to store all the extra fixing nuts,bolts, washers and caps that were included!! Excellent”

“Ich kann noch keine abschließende Bewertung abgeben, da meine Bestellung etwas schief gelaufen ist, komplett und pünktlich, Tischgröße nicht die richtige Farbe. Nachdem ich mich per E-Mail darüber erkundigt habe, erhielt ich sofort eine Antwort, dass der richtige Tisch zurückgeschickt wird (nächsten Dienstag) und ich den falschen Tisch nicht zurückschicken muss. Ein hervorragender Service also, ich bin zuversichtlich, dass alles in Ordnung sein wird",”

“I am not yet in a position to give a definite opinion: Although my order was delivered very quickly, the garden table was not in the right colour. However, after speaking with a member of the customer service, they offered to send me a new table in the right colour, and I don't even have to send mine back! I haven't yet received my second table, but the customer service so far has been brilliant and I am sure I will be very happy with my new garden table!”
