“The speed of delivery was excellent, there was a part missing from the order and within 24 hours of my email, I had received a call and confirmation that the replacement item would be dispatched and it arrived the next day. In my view, customer service as good as this is rare, though much appreciated. My table and chairs are exactly what I hoped for and I have had loads of compliments already. Great company!”

“Vanaf het bestellen tot en met de levering van onze tuinmeubelen had de service niet beter kunnen zijn. We bestelden op de zaterdag voor Pasen en we verlangden levering op zijn laatst op woensdag. Dat was geen probleem en levering kwam op schema aan. Service is briljant! Dank jullie wel.”

“The only problem was the delivery. I had arranged for the goods to be left with neighbour. Having been given time for delivery the neighbour checked outside when this time had passed. The goods had been left in the middle of our open porch in full view of the street. As I had been told the delivery would need to be signed for I feel this was very irresponsible.”

“Het enige probleem was de levering. Ik had geregeld dat de tuinmeubelen bij een buur achtergelaten zouden worden. Aangezien er een levertijd meegedeeld was, nam mijn buur een kijkje buiten nadat dit tijdstip voorbij was. De goederen werden midden op onze open veranda achtergelaten volledig in het zicht van de straat. Omdat mij verteld was dat er voor de levering getekend moest worden vond ik dit erg onverantwoord.”

“No problems ordering and delivered very promptly (ordered late Monday evening, delivered Wednesday afternoon - more or less the other end of the country). Bought for my daughter so I haven't seen the furniture yet, but she is pleased and I am pleased with a bench I bought for myself quite a while ago.”
