“Produkt war genau wie beschrieben und wurde pünktlich geliefert und alles war intakt. Allerdings hatte ich ein kleines Problem mit den Schraubenschlüsseln, da sie nicht richtig auf die Muttern passten, was dazu führte, dass ich mir die Haut von einem meiner Knöchel abschabte. Alles in allem ein ausgezeichneter Service und ein ausgezeichnetes Produkt.”

“Produkt war genau wie in der Beschreibung und die Lieferung war pünktlich, ich hatte leider ein kleines Problem mit meinem Schraubenschlüssel der leider nicht besonder gut zu den muttern passte. Super Service und Produkte.”

“Range is excellent and the order procedure very easy. The only let down was the local Interlink franchise. The parcel arrived at his depot at 07.14 and at 17.00 a call from me elicited the response of 'with you in 30 mins.'. Took a further call to finally get the delivery at 20.40. The delivery had already been signed for by the franchisee but I don't know at what time. A less charitable customer may suspect the time was somewhat earlier than the actual delivery time. Lazy Susan had been let down; otherwise 5 stars.”

“Good quality for these tables and chairs. Nice design. Easy assembly. Fast delivery. Only downside: a few paint scratches were visible on a chair feet.”

“Website: pleasant, clear and understandable. Good idea for customer photos showing real situations. Lacks a PDF invoice that would be available on the customer account. Sales contact by mail: Excellent for friendliness, flexibility and responsiveness, all in French. Product: a few incidents upon assembly resolved, but can be blockers for non-manual person.”
