“I recently placed an order for a replacement florescent tube. I found upon reciept of my next day delivery that the item was broken. I rang the company and without hesitation a replacement was despatched. FOC for a nesxt day delivery. This one was recieved in perfect condition. “This is a 4 ft fluorescent tube which we are using to light the kitchen. Like the tube it is replacing it has fittings at the end so it just slots and turns into the light fitting that was already there. It is a very blue white light, which takes some getting used to. The previous bulb had more of the standard glow to it. But it means that I can see to cook and eat my food and that's what I wanted.”
