“I had to replace the ballast unit in a T5 Lightwave and purchased the ballast from Lampshoponline. Now the new ballast is installed in the light unit, its all working great. But, in order to install the new ballast, I had to reconfigure the light and wiring, because the new and old ballasts were very different in size and terminal connections were different. I was given Tridonic's contact number who were very good, and between us we rebuilt the light, after rewriting and redialling the unit. I'm happy, but it was a chore unless you're an electrician :)”
