“Very poor, DO NOT BUY. That is the opinion of an engineer who has installed lighting for nearly 50 years. The batten is not 74mm wide it is 50mm wide. The cover fixing is a joke and does not work without altering. There is a separate backplate which generally will not be required and the holes and fixings in this plate should be in the base of the batten as they have always been. There are items in the pack that are not in the instructions and there are items in the instructions that are not in the pack. There are 2 different items shown in the instructions marked as "F". GE battens or "pop packs" were always very good but not any longer.”

“Nicely made item for the price and well worth the money. A few tricky/fiddly bits with the fitting and the instructions could have been better, but nothing that was too difficult. Pleased with this purchase and glad I’ve made the change to LED now.”

“Not great! I ordered a new fluorescent tube baton and two tubes, the baton arrived with a big dent in it. The guy in customer service told me to dispose of it myself. After taking the package to the dump i got a refund just for the baton, there was no mention of returning the tubes. I complained and all i was offered was 7% off my next order. I won't be shopping here again!”
