“Abysmal and disappointing service from lampshoponline. First they failed to deliver after more than 3 days (next day delivery paid for) then after being contacted completely the wrong products were delivered. Worst of all their customer service department don’t seem to care.”

“Light fixture very good. Sorry cannot say same about order and delivery. Seven days from order and only due to chasing them. Customer service, doesn’t appear to be much, numerous emails but only one reply. Previous orders ok but this one stinks.”

“Lovely, delivery was next day. I was impressed. The lights are bright and l love it. I wasn’t giving a delivery date so was worried it might take a long time to come. However I got it the next day.”

“Very impressed with the replacement for the old conventional fluorescent tube. Much brighter and 'cleaner' light and comes on instantly. HIghly recommendable.”
