Hello Mr Worsley, Thank you for taking your time to leave a Review. I am sorry to hear you have had a few issues with the GE LED 2d lamps. They are a bit temperamental, they only work with branded ballasts. If the ballasts are not branded they tend to over work the lamp causing them to burn out. I have refunded the full £26.94 back to the card you used to pay. Kind regards, Ellie.

“It was the wrong product because despite I had the right type of ballast, it was from VS rather than Phillips, GE etc and product support told me that I'd have trouble getting it working. Would have been better had that been on the description. The Web description also stated there'd be a starter in the box but there wasn't. That said, the support people were very good and gave me a refund same day.”
