“Be very careful when buying this type of lamp, there are very small differences in the design of the base, and this lamp would not fit, because 2 plastic lugs were offset from the centre of 2 sides. It is not suitable as a replacement for the "Osram Dulux D/E 13W/840 4pin" fluorescent lamp.”

Hi Richard, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. That is correct that these will not work in replacement of a 13w Dulux D/E 4pin Lamp. It does say in the description they are to replace an 18w lamp which has a different cap type. That being said you can return the lamps for a refund. Just get in touch with our sales team and they will advise the procedure. kind regards LSO
