“Lampshop online did not have the Philips brand ( at the time) in stock... but offered me the Crompton equivalent. I ordered two. They arrived on time... but one was broken on receipt.( shipper UPS). No problem; I called Lamphop and they will send a replacement. Communication very good with them and pleasant to talk to, by telephone & email.”
