“First class as usual. Ordered it over the weekend so probably not dealt with until the Monday morning. I had 3-6 day delivery option but it was delivered to me on the Wednesday. Cannot ask for better service than that! Thank you”

“When the order was delivered it was obvious that the tube had been smashed in transit. I spoke to customer support straight away and they immediately offered to supply a 2nd tube free of charge. The replacement arrived a few days later intact and provides great lighting in my parents living room. Great service”
