“I don't think I am a grumbling sort but I think I should mention that when I ordered the first of this product T9 40w all went well, that was Ist Nov. 2020. I paid by Paypal and found this routine/facility to be easy on your website. However 14th Jan. when I ordered a similar one as a spare, perhaps a different available shade of white, still T9 40w, your website gave me trouble perhaps by a longer, compete every box, before next page routine. In the end a friend with much more experience had to help me. I think you might consider ease of website to some one like myself. I again paid by Paypal. Thank you.”
