“This company has turned out to be a Godsend. I rang the sales line and spoke to Andrew who was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer care. They had just the bulb I wanted and it was a high energy rating bulb, and including postage and packing, it was still at a reasonable price. The bulb arrived a few days later, was well wrapped up, and in perfect working order. Previously I had bought similar bulbs from two other companies, and both bulbs arrived broken, and had a low energy rating which makes using them more expensive. Being able to speak to someone on the phone who is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful is a big bonus for me, and I will definitely be using this company in the future.”

“I ordered some obscure type of bulbs (for me!) for our offices and these were the cheapest by far. As well as being competetive in price, I received the pack of 10 bulbs within 48 hours rather than the 3-5 days I had paid for. They were so well bubble wrapped the box would bounce if you dropped it! The day after they arrived, one of the customer service team called to let me know they had been dispatched and they would be with me soon and I advised they were already on my desk! I would definitely use these guys again.”
