“I wish I could post a picture of the opened box - believe me, a pile of broken glass is a bit disappointing when you ordered a working light bulb. Which wouldn't be a problem if I'd had any kind of response to the email I sent to their customer services email address. You can either get it right first time, guys, or put exemplary effort into rectifying the fault. Double zero from me, sorry. Got a replacement from Homebase instead.”
