“Items arrived whilst we were away.Our neighbour took the package in for us, which was in a strong cardboard tube. However, one of the tubes ordered was broken iside the other tube packaging inside the package. Fortunately, I had ordered 2 tubes, for the one needed”

“Need to add the overall dimensions to the website. There are no physical dimensions at all when ordering. Ordered the wrong part. I needed a 70cm tube and assumed the wattage figure in the product code (70) was the length. When it arrived it was actually a 2m tube. The code for a 70cm tube was 16 (watts). Couldn't guess that from the website page. When the correct parts did arrive they were great and arrived quickly - thanks.”
