“Ordered 2x Philips 6ft 70w 840 T8 Fluorescent Tube for the garage as current installed same model was on its last legs! Arrived in double quick time but sadly due to FedEx I received a long cardboard container with the tubes making a jingling sound - both smashed! Returned via FedEx and alerted Kyle at Customer Service. He couldn't have been more helpful and 2 new ones dispatched. (In the meantime after sending back original smashed tubes FedEx returned with the same smashed damaged goods the next day!!! (doh!)) Excellent comms again with Kyle who assured me that the new ones were on their way. They arrived the next day in one piece and have been fitted. All working superbly. I cannot recommend LampShopOnline enough, excellent delivery times (despite FedEx doing their worst) excellent customer service from Kyle.....oh and the tubes are working superbly. Thanks guys!”

“The service was excellent and the packaging also excellent.I have not installed my lamp as the original was slow in firing up(probably due to very cold weather effecting the neon gss from igniting!) However we now have a readily available spare.If I was to purchase again from your company ,I would not hesitate.Thank you.”
