“I ordered on Tuesday and paid for next day delivery and didn't receive until Thursday which was disappointing. Communication was good. Product as described and we'll parceled.Customer service was good and refunded my delivery charge. What let them down was FedEx courier who are rubbish.”

“This shop has been so helpful.my order was being delivered by FedEx and they were late delivering my parcel which was a fluorescent tube.fedex delivered it a day late and it was smashed to bits.so I contacted the lampshop and they gave me a full refund.thank u so much the lampshop I appreciate what u have done for me.”

“I was initially worried about ordering fluorescent tubes online for postage. As they can be a bit fragile, and couriers can be hard on parcels. But I was unable to find local stores with 5ft fluorescent tubes. As mostly they stock LED versions. Which requires new starters, and bypassing the ballast unit on the light units. Or the cost of upgrading the whole light unit. The tubes arrived in good time and were sent in a very thick poster tube/bubble wrap. I opted for daylight colour tube, as it was for my garage. They are very clean and bright, ideal for workshop use. Much better than the remaining cool white tubes, I had fitted previously. Will use this company again.”
