“They were just two insignificant little fluorescent tubes, of little cost. A mere bagatelle, perhaps? But no! The two somewhat fragile little things came expertly wrapped, comfortingly secure & delivered with alacrity, as if they were a treasured expensive purchase. Put another way, five star service from order to delivery: faultless.”

“An awkward bulb to replace locally, but I telephoned Lampshop, and spoke to a friendly and well informed agent. I made a purchase right then and within a few days, received a parcel in good order. I fitted the striplight to my Bathroom Cabinet. Altogether a good experience.”
