“Would have been able to claim for this down light under the guarantee if the electrician who installed it had advised us that it had a 5 year warranty. Has only been installed 3 years. However, the other five are still working well and we are pleased with the quality of light.”

“A replacement for the previous generation of this makers product which had only lasted 2 years in both cases the led driver failed .this product has a separate driver no longer attached to the lamp housing which will improve heat dissipation. This also reduces the height oppressively the lamp . Straight forward to fit connection blocks poor quality and proved difficult to adequately clamp branded wire connecting plug as use in this installation hence 4 stars”

Hi Sandra, I am sorry it took a little longer than expected fro you to receive your order, We left the office for a week or so on the 21st of December, when we came back on the 2nd we did have a bit of a backlog.
