“The order I initially placed on the website was not available but they didn't tell me until I enquired why the order hadn't arrived. They they sourced a replacement for me and discounted the price in recognition of the trouble I'd experienced. Overall I found their customer service good when I needed it provided I got to speak with the right person. The products which did arrive are fine and work as described.”
