“Easy order process, quickly dispatched and very well packaged. I thought I had messed up as I found out my units didn’t have ‘starters’ so the tubes didn’t light up, oh well, glad I only bought 10 and not the 50+ I needed…..and then the follow up phone call came, wow, great customer service, totally unexpected and a brief chat and I now have a solution to get these tubes bright and working. Thank you Lampsonline, you might be a website but you have treated me like a customer and I will return and recommend because you know how to treat your customers, with care”

“Ater placing the order for 10 new T8 LED tubes I was very impressed with the comunication , custermer contact and shipment, the delivery was with in two days, will be using LampShop on line again and would recomend them to any one, a real pleasure to shop online with you. regards to all Stephen Judd.”
