“Item was damaged when received & Delivery by FedEx took much longer than advised & paid for. The Company were wonderful & immediately Refunded me. I ordered a replacement & paid for Next Day Delivery before 6 PM but yet again FedEx have failed to Deliver in the required time. When they receive the Packages, they just seem to think it's okay Not to deliver them as requested & not advise the Customer of when they can actually expect Delivery.”

“Not a huge amount you can actually say about these. They are 6ft long, much lighter in weight than the traditional tubes they replaced. Took about 2 minutes to replace each tube and 'starter' and much better. These have no start-up time, soon as you turn the switch on, they are lit. They also don't give off any noticeable heat which is nice.”

“Good value and seem to work fine. Other people have commented about the tubes being a little bendy and yes I can confirm the 6ft tubes do bend in the middle so I had to buy some long thin cable ties to hold them in place. Cannot fault the light output though and good value,”

“Great lamps, this was my second order. One lamp was found to be faulty, emailed LampShopOnline, received a quick response and a replacement lamp plus one spare FOC within 2 days. You can't beat service like that. Highly recommend.”
