“Product awesome once delivered. Paid for next day delivery but FedEx are useless. Sat on the order for 2 days and didn’t even attempt to deliver. Called the seller and they were 5* firstly apologising and immediately refunding NDD. Received the LEDs soon afterwards. Shop and product 5*, delivery service a total waste of human existence”

“I CANNOT REVIEW THE TUBES AS I HAVE NOT INSTALLED THEM YET, BUT HE STAFF MEMBER I TALKED TO WAS VERY HELPFUL AND ALTHOUGH THEY DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH IN STOCK HE EMAILED ME WHEN THEY HAD WHICH WAS ONLY A FEW DAYS. AFTER ORDERING I RECEIVED THEM WITHIN 2 DAYS.”

“If the lamp is inserted into a fluorescent fitting the wrong way round, it will blow the fuse. The LED tube should be marked to show 'Short Circuit' at the dummy end. Bad marks to Bright Source for not stating this!”

“Very pleased with the tube. It gives off a nice bright light and was simple to fit. I couldn't fault the service provided by LampShopOnline. The tube was very well packed and safely delivered by FedEx who also provided end to end communication regarding delivery.”
