“Fitted my two Bright Source LED battens in our kitchen today. Fitting was completely straightforward apart from reattaching the two supporting cords which attach to the luminaire at one end and the diffuser at the other. I found this a complete nightmare which took longer than the rest of the installation. The lights do look really good in operation and I would certainly buy them again.”

“Delivered within 3 days. Being LED's lightweight and easy to handle. Had no problem putting them up on my own even though I am nearly 80 and loving being able to see tiny screws on my workbench.”

“This review is as much about Lampshop Online as it is about the product purchased. I have now fitted 9 of these twin LED battens. They are easy to fit and I love the CCT feature. At the Bognor Makerspace, I fitted 2 units in our Wellbeing room where we run various courses including art and craft and mindfulness. Our mental health professional asked if there was anything that could be introduced into the room to make it a "softer" environment for the clients. She was thrilled when I was able to switch the colour temperature of the main lighting from 4000K - cool white to 3000K - warm white. It made a massive difference. Other rooms are on 4000K which is more appropriate for the room's function. I also want to give a shout out to the staff at LampshopOnline. Always helpful and recently when 1 of 6 72 watt LED panels with emergency pack became faulty - the company acted so fast, it took 2 days from sending a photo of the failed fitting to delivery of a replacement unit! You can buy a bit cheaper but with that level of customer care I think it's worth paying a little more. Thank you”

“Absolutely amazing lights. I phoned their customer care and to be honest “ as useful as a paper fire guard “ so I’m an electrician! So firstly two strips in each light. Imagine a two piece light. The first part is what you fasten to roof. Then connect from either centre or each end with knock outs. The connection is similar to a wago so push down and push in. The earth is a challenge. Then you select with a switch the light required yellow day or blue. Go for the middle. Day. I bought 8 and super impressed! Once tested light you simply push part two in to place. So will most definitely buy more . When separating ignore instructions as far too complicated. The end plates are in two parts so you don’t need like I did remove the whole end just the part with the diffuser.”
