“After numerous calls the item was eventually dispatched. I received it a week later than promised. Both panels were damaged as packaging was inadequate and couriers obviously didn’t take care. Package wasn’t marked as fragile. I’ll be contacting customer service as soon as I can.”

“The panels are perfect for our needs although we did have delivery problems initially. One pack was so badly damaged it was sent back with the courier and a further pack had 2 damaged panels which did not work correctly upon fitting. However, the customer care received was absolutely first class. Prompt replies to my emails and replacement panels received within 48 hours of raising the issue. We really appreciated the care and expediency shown in resolving the order. Thank you.”
