“I had a great service experience with lampshoponline, You only know how good someone is when you have a problem. I ordered two of the Value brightsource panels and unfortunately one was damaged inside the packaging, so following a couple of emails and some pictures to April in customer services Lampshoponline despatched a replacement that afternoon and i recieved it the following morning. Excellent service. The light panel is a budget product but looks and lights up okay and was better value than replacing just the drivers i currently have, time will tell on longevity but happy so far.”

“Unit got delivered on time, once installed lasted 5 minutes and it started flickering, there were 2 fittings that I purchased and they both had the same issue. Lesson learned don’t try and save £10-15 beat to get from local suppliers and you’ll know you get something descent and if things go wrong you can quickly go and get replacement but as I purchased it online I am still to receive confirmation for refund.”

“Very disappointed with all my order, your shipment company it's very but and bring you negative feedback, I'm sorry about that! After my first ordered 2 panel was smashed very but and I need to go to find my delivery where the driver left in some barber shop, and after the company they sent me replacement but still not delivered on my address again in some shop near to my address, I will not purchase anymore from this company.”

“Good bright light I got one day light and one warm white … warm white has a slight orange hue but is still easy to fit and sturdy 5*”
