“The article arrived with one of the panels damaged in transit. I informed Kyle (at LampShopOnline). He asked for a photograph of the damaged panel. When he received this, he had a replacement, boxed and sent to me. I recieved the new panel at 8.30am the next morning! Brilliant service and a brightly lit garage and storage area. TOP MARKS!”

“Cant fault LSO this is my second purchase and they are very quick in despatch and delivery, although this time around 2 of the 8 panels were damaged, but LSO replaced them, i believe due to panels being so light packaging needs to be upgraded.”
