“Like most mounting kits, for some reason, the pre-drilled holes do not seem to fit where my joists are. Easily solved with a drill. And, the kit was a lot easier than some of the other mounting kits I have used. Simple to click and lock in place and, more importantly, just as easy to click and unlock. I will recommend these to people I know and your company.”

“Simple kit comprises 4 sides with corner joints that slot together. Need to slide lamp in from one side.”

“The service is excellent. I had ordered 2 batches of the items required, and there was some damage to 2 of them that was repairable, but another was beyond repair, so I ordered extra on my 2nd batch. All of these were fine, and after letting the Sales team know my concern about the damaged ones, they were very quick to reply, and offer a refund for the damaged items which was quickly paid back to my account. Will definitely recommend, and use again. And will continue to use the fittings in the future, as they do the job required.”

“A bit fiddly with the locking corner pieces as you need to fully assemble, with the light panel, to get a rigid enough fitting for locating correctly. Then you need to remove one side of the mounting, to enable the removal of the panel to access the screw holes. I am an average DIYer and a process instruction form would help”

“They state they are 71mm deep but they are only 40mm which means the new backlit panels will not fit with the driver unit. I am still waiting for someone to contact me about this issue.”

“These are a little fiddly, and the corner brackets get stuck easily. I’ve also had to file away some metal build that was fouling the bracket connection. They do work, however.”
