“I ordred several of these for my business as a self employed oven cleaner. The price was very competitive and the details matched what I have previously ordered elsewhere. Ordering was simple and straightforward. The order was dispatced and delivered very promptly, which I cannot argue with. However, where I am disappointed is with the delivery itself. The items delivered are not the items ordered and I am left unsure as to whether they are of the same quality, and indeed the same price as I have paid, as those advertised.”
