“happy with availabilty of this battery pack and delivery, just wish that the e-mailed receipt was a detailed VAT receipt by default and that i didn't have to phone to request one. I don't understand why this would be the case.”

“The battery received was a good match for the one which needed replacing. After installing and allowing a few days for it to settle in the circuit it was given a 3 hour discharge test, which it passed. All satisfactory. The question which cannot be answered yet is how many years will it continue to pass this test. Although the website showed a picture, no dimensions were on display so the question had to be asked before it was safe to place an order. It would have been helpful if they had been shown .”
